The solution measures the on-target or True Reach of OOH campaigns by analyzing audiences exposed to OOH placements using geospatial intelligence. The parties also leveraged Extended Reach, through which a corresponding digital campaign was launched in areas where the target audience was found, but without OOH coverage.
